Where your data is stored

Turnwave is built so that the data we persist on your behalf is kept in the European Union, using infrastructure located in Frankfurt am Main, Germany. We choose this region so merchants and their customers benefit from EU data residency and predictable European hosting.

Some processing (for example secure delivery of the application over the internet) may rely on subprocessors with appropriate safeguards; the environment where we store your primary account and booking data remains aligned with the EU / Frankfurt deployment described above.

GDPR and your rights

We respect the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) for everyone who interacts with Turnwave — both merchants who run their business on the platform and customers who book appointments through it.

That includes limiting collection to what we need, applying appropriate technical and organisational measures, supporting exercise of data subject rights, and handling personal data fairly and lawfully. Further detail, including categories of data and legal bases, is set out in our Privacy policy.

Pricing

Turnwave is priced at €8 per month per merchant account (excluding VAT or other sales taxes where these apply by law). The scope of features included in that subscription is communicated when you sign up or in your order confirmation; material changes will be communicated in line with our Terms of use.
